Thought i’d show my progress since going vegan and coming off hormonal contraceptives in March last year to now. I’ve dropped down from 65kg to 58kg and have replaced fat with muscle all through eating a healthy vegan diet and determination at the gym. My bust has dropped from a 34F down to a 32DD, waist from 28 inches to 25, and my hips have shrunk from 39 inches down to 36, i’m 5.9ft. Despite previously being very insecure with many parts of my body, I’ve now never been happier in my own skin. I still want to tone up more but I hope this will be motivation for anyone out there who doubts whether it is possible, especially with being vegan. Also, ladies its worth considering what hormonal contraceptives can do to you body, I was carry so much weight round my hips which I could shift all because of hormones.
